Farm Salad

Ingredients:

Salad
4 cups Swiss chard in thin slices
˝ cup grated carrot
˝ cup purple cabbage in thin pieces
˝ cup green peppers in thin pieces
˝ cup red peppers in thin pieces
˝ cup salary in thin pieces
salt to taste
Roman lettuce leaves

Dressing:
1 tablespoon grated carrot
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon white pepper
4 tablespoons skim yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sweetener
salt to taste

Directions:

Salad
Season the chopped vegetables with salt and put it in a sieve to drain the water excess.

Dressing
Mix all the dressing ingredients, add to the vegetables and mix it all well.

Assembly of the dish
Place the salad onto the Roman lettuce leaves.
Serve afterwards
