Light Chocolate Mousse

Serving: 128 calories/36 points

Ingredients:

100 g diet chocolate
2 tablespoons skim powder milk
200g/1 natural skim yogurt cup
3 tablespoons granular powder sweetener
10 g/ 1 tablespoon powder gelatin
2 egg whites

Directions:

1. Chop the chocolate with a very sharp knife. Get two containers (a bigger and a smaller one) for double boiling.

2. Place the chopped chocolate in the smaller container. Pour water into the bigger container and place it on low heat.

3. Place the smaller bowl over the container with water to double boil – the secret is to not let the water touch the bottom of the smaller bowl, also you should fit both containers perfectly, avoiding steam escaping.

4. Stir the chocolate with a spatula until it melts. Do not let the water boil.

5. Put the powder milk, yogurt, sweetener and gelatin (ready) in a blender and blend it for 30 seconds in high speed.

6. Add the blender mixture to the melted chocolate and stir well.

7. Pour the egg whites into a beater and beat them until they are whipped. Add the beaten egg whites to the chocolate cream, lemon scrapings and stir delicately.

8. Place the mousse in individual cups. Refrigerate them for at least 6 hours or until the gelatin is firm.

9. Serve afterward.
